It's pretty cool-- there's a little rubber stopper (not ABS):

that plugs into the little spout on the right hand side, and when it's twisted,
it opens/closes the little downspout to actually dispense water :) The top can
be covered with a 4x4 radar dish, and IIRC the bottom is about a 2x2 round.
Water doesn't exactly shoot out when the stopper is turned-- it's sort of a
pathetic dribble, but it may be usable for something. I have yet to see if you
could hook up pneumatic tubing to the downspout and actually get water to go
through it.
