Those are kinda hard to come by.
I know of 2 sets they currently come with:
8250 Search Sub
8462 Super Tow Truck (which has 2 tanks)
I have 2 tanks from 2 8250's. You can still find these on the shelves if
you are lucky...
As an alternate, I have seen folks post that they used film canisters and
other containers with some success. Not that I am endorsing a non LEGO
solution or anything :)

| Air tanks: they are available in the French Lego Service catalog, part number 4107073 priced at 52.00 Fr (7.93 Euros, more or less 8.30 USD at current rates). I've been able to order some of them for myself and some friends months ago (they were 18 (...) (25 years ago, 4-Jun-99, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)
