Shipping to CAnada is 8 USD, and USA 13 USD. Shipped as they are, in a LEGO original shipping carton. They are heavy around 5Kg for a full box of 10 of each. (21 years ago, 3-May-03, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)
