I have a tip for you:
Since almost all of the components of this set are separately boxed (except the
rails and light kit) you can save yourself some shipping costs if you tell your
seller to discard the outer box and ship in any box they have laying around.
Otherwise, a proper shipping carton (size 20 x 20 x 8 inches or taller) will be
required and those cannot be purchased new for less than $8.00-$10.00 in most
cases.
I did this and received one 4534 packed in a random shipping box. All I paid
for was postage cost, not for a $10 box!
If you really gotta have all the boxes, I guess you will have to pay for them.
I have seen at least 1 Ebay auction asking $17 or more for shipping and most of
this is because a $10 shipping box is needed.
Reminds me when I sold a bunch of original Fort Legorado and other huge sets
and the buyers never understood why they had to pay for a $10 box!
This tip is handy for anyone who will just be discarding the original Lego box
anyway--ask for items to be shipped without the Lego box.
