Yep, the Iegality is a thorny issue. If anyone from Lego reads this thread I'ld like to know their opinion. Currently, I believe (but I am not sure) that this would be legit if the buyer is purchasing a single sheet to replace missing/lost/damaged stickers for a set he or she already owns. Anyone know what the answer is? (...) It's copyrighted and so you can only copy it with LEGO's permission, legally. As a matter of practicality, there's a pretty good chance they wouldn't mind too much if one person copied a sticker sheet for a friend and the only money changing (...)
