Well Larry, I may agree in some cases. I saw that the white Macs were going
for about $2 in Auczilla, so I figured that the dark gray was worth about half
that. It is rarer, but also not as desirable as white. If people find my
offer steep, they are free to make a counter offer. This was not so much a
set in stone ratio as it was a guess. As we are all aware, there is no value
list for Lego elements. I will ammend them as follows:
Rectangular Dark Gray BURPS - Will trade 3 for 2 on these)
Triangular Dark Gray Burps - Will trade 1 Macaroni for 1 of these)
Large CLEAR canopies (side only, not corner) from Breezeway Cafe or Pitsco
Control Lab Starter Pack (yes, these canopies are still in production!) -
Will trade 10 for 1
New 3 pane town jr. windows - 1x4x6 in red, white, black - will trade 3 for 1
of these (2 for 1 in other colors)
Airplane windows - red, white, black or yellow - will trade two per 2 panel
(i.e. two1x2x2 or one 1x4x2)
Train windows - Gray, black, white - will trade 4 for 1, also will trade 2 for
1 train glass
White railing - will trade 2 for 1 straight railing
I am willing to listen to counter-offers and I could probably get more on
eBay - if it was working ;-). I have gotten all the curved rails and smaller
clear canopies I need. Still have over 200 macs, though.
