I'd suggest two things:
1: Visit http://www.brickbay.com and look around for parts and sets. Many
of them are high-priced (some outrageously so, even), but you can find good
deals.
2: Buy some Guarded Inns from LEGO. :) :) :) The original Guarded Inn has
been rereleased as set# 10000. You are not going to get better value for
your castle-oriented dollars except by luck.
