This set is now on BrickBay:
http://www.brickbay.com/store.asp?p=lar&itemID=245800
I've priced it at 199 USD for the base set, which includes two figs, glossy
color stickers for the signs, menu, torsos and decorative striping, and
bound black and white instructions.
Color instructions are available for an addtional 12 USD

I have completed the supplemental fig pack for this set as well
http://www.brickbay.com/store.asp?p=lar&itemID=256169
Priced at 14 USD, it features 5 hungry chili fans and two additional
Skyline(tm) workers. Although the fig pack does not include stickers, you
get 4 torso stickers in the base set so you can do these as well.
I have a goodly number of each in stock at my Brickbay store. Sorry, fig
pack and color instructions are not available separately.
With the completion of the fig pack shipment to prereserveds and presolds is
about to commence (expect an email if you're one of those folks). I have
already went through 7 units of my initial production run of 16.
As a reminder:
> I am also taking reservations for run #2 of MTW-3001 and MTW-3002 which will
