I've recently acquired two 7864 12v train transformers which have UK
plugs on them. I have a step up transformer which has the European
standard two pin connector. Since the UK plugs are put together with
screws, I'd love to get a couple European plug kits which can be
assembled at home. I could also use an adaptor to provide more than one
socket from a single socket (my step up transformer should be able to
handle two controllers).

If anyone has any suggestions for places in the US to find the bits I
need that would be cool. I'd also be interested in finding a larger step
up transformer. I now have three 12v controllers and that would
definitely overload my current step up.

Thanks

Frank Filz

(...) Try American Science and Surplus (www.sciplus.com) and Marlin P. Jones (www.mpja.com). I'd say that the odds are better than 50-50 that one or the other will have the plug adapters. If you're willing to go a little bit "non-purist", it's also (...) (23 years ago, 24-Sep-01, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)
