  *Orange*Orange*Orange*

I am looking to buy some orange 1x3 and 1x4 bricks or to trade for orange slopes, all types. Very nice color, orange. Did you know that there is no english word that rhymes with orange?[1] John [1] Go ahead and try, but you won't think of one;-) (26 years ago, 22-Mar-99, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

Close, but no cigar (reminds me of the difference between Monica L. and Paula J;) Closest I could come was Fore-Eng(ine) [that's an engine in the front?] :-p BTW, did I mention that if you try and fail you must send me a 1x4 orange brick;-) (...) Err - I don't see why it's not right. If I say orange, I'll pronounce it 'orrinj'. If I say lozenge, I'll pronounce it 'lozzinj'. Looks like a rhyme to me - same vowel sounds, same emphasis on the 1st syllable, same final consonent. ????? And isn't (...) (26 years ago, 23-Mar-99, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

(...) It is a shame-- the orange bricks look sweeet in a lot of Lego color combos-- you should get some. I am actually a little less desperate because I found a stash of them and was able to complete my project. BTW I have a lot of slopes for sale (...) (...) Say, what about that old knock-knock joke? "Knock knock." "Who's there?" "Orange." "Orange who?" "Knock knock." "Who's there?!" "Orange!" "Orange who?" "Knock knock." "Who's there??!?!" "Orange ya glad I didn't say 'orange'?" --Todd (26 years ago, 27-Mar-99, to lugnet.off-topic.fun)
