These Lions Gate Models kits are currently available. All are produced in
very limited editions (10 or 20 sets only in the run).
Schoolhouse 1630 pieces

The parts list for this kit includes 16 blue 1x4x3 windows, almost 300 black
roof slopes (including 44 convex corners and 8 concave ones!), 18 chairs, 8
doors, 11 fences, and much more.
This old-fashioned two storey schoolhouse accommodates up to 12 students of
various ages, plus two staff (4 students and 1 staff minifig included with
kit). You can tell this building has a long history by the variety of
additions, rooflines, and entrances. Includes outdoor play equipment,
removable roof and interior floor, complete detailed interior.
Victorian House 1170 pieces

This house is a combination of ideas from the "Painted Lady" Victorians in
San Francisco and elsewhere in North America, and the first house I owned
here in North Vancouver which was a smaller, simpler version of those
houses.
Three floors plus roof all lift off to show complete interior detail,
including basement garage/workshop and utility room; main floor with foyer,
living/dining room and kitchen; top floor with bedroom, bathroom and home
office. Includes two minifigs.
Exterior features a bay window and small porch on the front, bump-out window
and chimney at one side, and garden toolshed under the exterior stairs at
the rear. Garage doors at the front use custom stickers which you can choose
to apply or not.
Corner Store 535 pieces

The Clamshell Market sells groceries, drinks and pizza, rents videos, and
even stocks items suitable for a beach or marine town.
The diagonal doorway with quarter-circle awning over the top is based on a
real corner store here in Vancouver, BC, and the exterior is detailed with
ventilators and small stockroom windows as well as large display windows on
the front and side of the store.
Removable roof reveals complete interior detail with pizza counter and soda
bar, revolving racks and shelves for stock, video rack, security cameras,
rear stock room, and more. Includes two minifigs and stickers for "Clamshell
Market" and "Corner Market" store names.
City Park / Formal Garden

Elegant, formal park or garden to provide a peaceful green oasis in your
Lego city, or to add to a special house model. Includes lots of plants (17
flower sets!), 2 park benches, trees, and a birdbath.
Open Air Market

Features: 4 market stalls; snack bar with removable roof, closing shutters,
and interior detail; sitting area with hedge, bench and garbage bin; 8
minifigs including stallholders, customers, chef, and busker; can be
arranged as a square area 32x32 or as a long area 16x64 which could fit
along a road, for example. Includes full building instructions plus multiple
choice of stickers for the name sign on the snack bar, and price list
stickers for the inside of the snack bar shutters.
