These sizes are very uncommon. I've never even seen a 4x10. Don't know if they
exist.

Clean tan tiles are extremely uncommon.
The good news: I'm not actively seeking tan plates anymore (but if you see a
large lot of 2x8's or 4x12's you'd better act quickly).
The bad news: I've already cleaned out the North American supply :-)
You might try Baylit. Expensive, but he has a surprising number of hard-to-find
pieces.
