Massive Collection... Wanting to sell almost all...

Hi everyone. I am a 30 year old lego maniac in the Kansas City area, and I
have a lego collection worth over $20,000. These sets range from 1992 -
present. 95% of the sets are in mint condition in sealed boxes. (Some of
the boxes have shelf wear because I have had them stored on shelves ever
since I started collecting.) I am interested in selling most of my
collection so that I can buy a new truck, and I am struggling with how to do
so. I was wondering if opening a BrickBay store is my best option. I have
sold quite a few sets in the past on eBay, but I don't want to pay the
percentages required by eBay and PayPal. The majority of my collection is
Technic, Train (TONS of track, straight and curve), and I have almost every
System set from 1997 - present. I also have duplicates or triplicates of
many of these sets. I have a good collection of Pirate as well.
If anyone is looking for a specific set, please send me an email with the
sets you are looking for and we could discuss price if I have the set. I
will only ship within the continental United States. Check my feedback on
ebay (my user ID is doubleupking).
Also, any feedback about how to sell such a large collection would be great.
Maybe I should post my current set list here in buy/sell/trade? Thanks in
