hi. a buyer, tickersquare, complained that a perfectly fine minifig
arrived damaged and with the wrong helmet. he claimed to send a photo
but none arrived.
i offered him store credit, but told him he had not bought insurance.
shadow said he could return the allegedly damaged piece for a refund
minus a 5% restocking fee for the trouble. he said this is legal to ask
for.
i told bad buyer if i got a negative i'd close shop and leave bricklink.
he immediately posted negative feedback, not even wrote back!!! so we
quit.
this is so shocking. our perfect feedback- gone- by one evil person in
seconds!
we have never had complaints before. please keep this email and make
sure sellers you know well put this guy on the stop list, ok? thank you.
i even told him that a portion of our sales go to help the cat shelter
get moved to save the cats.
now none will:(

| A short follow-up: bad buyer was sent FULL REFUND PLUS POSTAGE AND REFUSED IT! and admin refuses to pull the negative feedback, even though it is lies. we are raising funds for the cat shelter- will take orders ONLY from people who email first. put (...) (22 years ago, 6-Dec-02, to lugnet.market.brickshops)
