Yep, Minifigs are the biggie. I already have a little something that takes a
peeron html page and converts it into tab-delimited. It does a good job on the
colors, but the minifigs always have to be hand fixed.

XML would be great (even without the set count multiplication). Can we get a DTD
to go also ?

Jennifer,

I'm thinking that the desire for this would be extremely great!  ;)  I'm
assuming that you would be targetting this feature to users of Brickbay?

If this is the case, I have a couple of questions / concerns about how this
would be accomplished.

1.  The color names differ between Brickbay and Peeron.  Would the output
XML use the Brickbay color codes or would it use the peeron color names?

2.  There are differences in part numbers between Brickbay and Peeron,
especially for parts that are not officially in the LDRAW distribution.  How
would this be handled?

3.  Minifigs!  Peeron currently lists minifigs by their associated parts,
but Brickbay lists them as whole minifigs.  How would this be handled?

Currently we use the Peeron inventories as the starting point for a dBase
program that my brother set up to generate the XML for bulk uploading.
These are the problems that we have encountered doing so, and I was just
wondering how they would be overcome.

If it could be set up to generate "Brickbay Ready" XML I would be as giddy
as a school girl.  If you could also script it to pull the average pricing
from Brickbay i'd pay money!  :)

Ok, I'm not saying this is going to happen, but I'd like to guage demand • and
interest here...

Would anyone be interested in www.peeron.com offering XML exports of
inventories?  Including multiple sets (ie: give me an export of 110 7110s, • and
it does the math for you, etc)?

Any comments are welcome, thanks :)
