I would say it's only clear to someone who understands lego set numbers and
relates the numbers to the images you showed. An amazing number of non-Lego
people (including parents buying stuff for their kids right now) don't "get"
set numbers and probably didn't relate the "USED 4563 Instructions" text to
the 4563 instructions pic. After all, there's no obvious difference in the
pictures of the 4563 instructions and the 4533 set, is there?
