Yes, if you are having something shipped to you via USPS, ALWAYS request
Delivery Confirmation - it will only cost you $.35 extra. I ALWAYS use it when
sending Ebay winnings in the US, so that I can make sure the sets arrived.
Sometime in the future, USPS will even have Signature Delivery Confirmation,
which is even better.
