  Re: New legend is up

(...) Yeah, I'll probably never see a collection of Lego like that in the same place in such perfect shape again. No smoke odor and it had been stored in large Rubbermaid type containers for awhile (evidently the owner has been dead for a couple of (...)   Re: New legend is up

(...) So you were actually there and got to glance at all the Lego, huh? (Madame Alexander dolls too I suppose) Those are pretty serious prices for 383 and 375. (22 years ago, 11-Jul-02, to lugnet.general, lugnet.market.auction)

  Re: New legend is up

(...) Thanks, Erik! (...) It went for $100 to the same man who won the yellow castle for $290. I don't think he was an AFOL. But then, I probably looked like I was there to bid on the dolls, so who knows? BTW the woman who runs the auction said they (...) Maggie, those Knight's Procession sets also were my favoritest auction surprise find, ever. Hope you get maximum early-castle thrill from them! -Erik who thought about going to the trouble of bidding for 383 (22 years ago, 11-Jul-02, to lugnet.general, lugnet.market.auction)

  Re: New legend is up

(...) Well if you had emailed in a bid for $90 you probably could have gotten the Beta-1 Command Base from that LEGO auction Sunday in Sacramento. Course, it's probably just as well you didn't-- I won it for $85 (which was $20 over my limit, but as (...) (22 years ago, 11-Jul-02, to lugnet.general, lugnet.market.auction)

Huge part auctions for sale from 10K piece collection liquadation...

Hi all, Well, I came across a deal and got a huge (estimated 10k peice) collection for a good deal. However, as many of us know, a good deal doesn't make it affordable. Therefore, after getting a bit of what I wanted, I had to put the rest of it out (...) (22 years ago, 10-Jul-02, to lugnet.market.auction)

Re: FA: 250 lots of MIB Lego sets 1970's 1980's Live Auctions

(...) I'll try calling them tomorrow to see if I can get a listing of the lots and the winning bids. If I explain about LUGNET and how this information could lead to increased bidding in the future, it might work. Kevin, what was the name of the (...)   Re: FA: 250 lots of MIB Lego sets 1970's 1980's Live Auctions

(...) Yeah, some of the items were REALLY nice... I wonder how much those items went for? I tried to submit some bids via email (and I'm in Canada), but I didn't get any response so I guess I didn't win anything. -Bryan (22 years ago, 9-Jul-02, to lugnet.market.auction)

(...) me (...) for (...) some (...) Excellent--thanks for reporting that. I am glad all the messages I posted and the emails I sent back and forth helped someone out. I wanted to bid on a few things myself--especially sets 733 and 383 but extreme (...) (22 years ago, 9-Jul-02, to lugnet.market.auction)
