(...) original (...) Well, the Guild of Bricksmiths (URL) demonstrates that there is a niche market for these things, but until I hear of GoB members giving up their day jobs, I'd assume that there isn't a "decent market". I've seen a few -- but very few -- LEGO builders offering their own original creations on eBay and elsewhere, and I wonder whether there is a decent market for such things? What do you think? By decent market, I mean, the ability to actually make a (...) (23 years ago, 15-Jan-02, to lugnet.market.theory, lugnet.market.auction, lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

(...) It either desperate uninformed newbies or the seller is going to be disappointed. Look at the feedback ratings on the high bidders... Hmm, perhaps I should auction one of these (I got a bundle from various locations). Frank (23 years ago, 15-Jan-02, to lugnet.market.auction)

Not my auction, but gosh (set 1269 White Ninja)

The following is not my auction, but I'm amazed. Nearly an hour to go, and a bid price of $50 for a minifig set with 22 pieces.
