The Subaru he is selling is, IIRC, what you'd call an "estate wagon." It has a cargo area accessible by a rear hatchback, as opposed to a regular sedan (saloon) which would have a trunk (boot). ~Mark (24 years ago, 24-Oct-00, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade, lugnet.market.auction)

(...) Nope. It doesn't have a trunk/boot. US "station wagon" == UK "estate", and thus, trunkless (some wagons have a small storage bin beneath the floor of the cargo area, though... Hope that helps.
