My recommendation: Monorail track and parts may be worth some decent money,
check out bricklink or ebay.
As to the rest. Weigh it up. Look at some bulk lots on ebay and see what they
are going for, like $X/pound. it's good to have it sorted and described in
detail. If you have any instructions list those (noting that you may not have
all parts) and also show baseplates and minfigs.
Sorry, there is no easier answer I think.
