| (...) I'll second this one. Matthew Miller makes a good point about Wasatch not being a term that outside visitors would recognize. Plus GULL makes for a cute inside joke, though I don't usually go for that kind of thing(1). PLEASE let's vote on (...) As an outsider, I'd recommend against this one -- Wasatch doesn't mean anything to me, and if I had to guess, I'd probably think "some strange and fabled mountain creature related to the Yeti" before I'd think "somewhere in Utah".
