I found three of the Rock Raider sets at a local TRU (South Hills,
Pittsburgh, PA).

They were:
4910

A $3 set that is decent on its own, and for those interested in individual
pieces it includes a white haired female head, one of those new hatch plates
(like the one on top of the Sith Infiltrator). A few tools, clear crystal,
and two turquoise pieces: a control console and a 2x2 slope with computer
decoration. It also has two 3-way sloped 1x2 brick and a roof ridge/corner
overhang. Unfortunately the head of my figure was blurred.

4920

I know the one thing people will probably hate most about this set is the
BURP skis with connecting braces. Other than that it is another decent small
set. Parts-wise it also has a new hatch plate, a turquoise 2x3 decorated
slope, and a brown bearded guy with a body that is wearing a fishing-style
vest. Also a pair of dark gray side jets.

4970

I didn't pick up this set yet. It only has one figure, who has a pretty
weird grin. Semi-insane... Looks like a lot more BURP-heavy.

A final amusing side note:

All of these Rock Raider figures talk in bad Australian accents.

  1996 Polybags At SHV TRU

The Toys R Us at South Hills Village recently put out a bunch of poly bag sets, apparently dating to either 1996 or 1997. I know that the sets were as follows: 6816 - Small UFO vehicle (was originally released as an Exploriens set?) 1806 - Aquanaut (...) (26 years ago, 9-May-99, to lugnet.loc.us.pa.pit)
