  GardenSLUG

Hi again everyone, I'm just wanting to remind everyone near (and some not that close -- I know NY and PA stretch far to the west) that GardenSLUG exists centered on New Jersey, but not in any way limited to the Garden State. We'll be meeting in the (...) (22 years ago, 22-Jul-02, to lugnet.loc.us.nj, lugnet.loc.us.ny, lugnet.loc.us.pa, lugnet.loc.us.de)

Re: Roll Call for the Harrisburg Area

(...) Hi Jim, Not sure if I'm totally local, but I grew up in York/Lancaster, and now live in Limerick, which is just east of Pottstown, a little over an hour from Harrisburg. Feel free to contact me. -- Scott (22 years ago, 22-Jul-02, to lugnet.loc.us.pa.phi.har)

Re: Roll Call for the Harrisburg Area

(...) I don't live IN Harrisburg but expect to get out that way on a fairly regular basis if my luck holds. I'd love to see a club or semi regular meeting schedule get started! PS why is Harrisburg a subgroup of philly instead of being on its own (...) (22 years ago, 22-Jul-02, to lugnet.loc.us.pa.phi.har)

  LEGO BOGO 50% in NH

Family Toy appears to be having a BOGO 1/2 sale, but few details were posted in the store, such as a time frame. They have a fair selection of new stuff, but I didn't see any MegaBloks--oops, I mean LEGO Island Extreme sets yet. Dave! (22 years ago, 6-Jul-02, to lugnet.loc.us.pa)

  Galidor

Either the apocalypse is nigh, or I spotted Galidor figures at the South Hills TRU this weekend. I hope it was a psychotic hallucination, because these things are just plain awful. On the plus side (AFAIC), LEGO has once again succeeded in (...) (22 years ago, 28-May-02, to lugnet.loc.us.pa.pit)

  Touring Ohio and Pennsylvania

My other half and I are doing a week long rollercoaster tour of Pennsylvania and Ohio. We will be visiting 6 parks in 8 days. It would be nice to meet any local Lugneters while in town.   2002 SW in NH FT

Family Toy in the Northway Mall has a display of Slave 1, the Sand People set, a two-vehicle whatamajig, the big, WH40K-Warhawk-looking thing, and the Yoda sculpture. Slave 1 is $50, but that's all I had time to note. Dave! (22 years ago, 18-Apr-02, to lugnet.loc.us.pa.pit)

  Re: Any LUG activity here?

I deeply intend to do what I can to form a Pitt LUG, soon. However, please bear with me - I just moved from Greensburg to Washington and am still trying to settle in. A week or so and I'll get formal about this. :) Drew -- Drew Croke Proprietor, (...) (22 years ago, 12-Apr-02, to lugnet.loc.us.pa.pit)

  Re: Any LUG activity here?

What's the difference between pittsburgh road construction and the forming of a pitt-lug? answer: pitt road construction makes delays, forming a pitt-lug never makes it through the orange cones. -shane (22 years ago, 7-Apr-02, to lugnet.loc.us.pa.pit)

Shell Promo Sets in the NH

Beside Giant Eagle in McIntyre Square there's a store called "Dollar Wave" that currently had a few dozen of these sets for (naturally) a dollar each. I picked up a few of 2535 and 2536--all the sets are from that series. I've been in the store (...) (22 years ago, 27-Mar-02, to lugnet.loc.us.pa)
