  Re: I'm just wasting time

(...) I suspect that one of these days I'll go back to the AT-ST and work on it again. It's currently sitting on one of my shelves, waiting for inspiration. (...) I swear, when I made those images, Anti-aliasing was turned on! Really! I just don't (...) (25 years ago, 10-Aug-99, to lugnet.general, lugnet.loc.us.oh.cle)

(...) For the AT-ST, I recommend some springs attached to the legs to help support the load. It works surprisingly well. You may want to try antialiasing the links and header on every page. It'll make the page much more refined. --Bram When I saw (...) (25 years ago, 10-Aug-99, to lugnet.general, lugnet.loc.us.oh.cle)

  Get togethers

Hi, I've been talking to a new-to-internet Lego fan, Michael (kwee.1@osu.edu), who is thrilled at the concept of people getting together and playing with and talking about Lego. So he wants to know when the next one is. I am willing to host one, but (...) (25 years ago, 9-Aug-99, to lugnet.loc.us.oh.col)

  Re: Technic 8277 Giant Model

Troy, I saw some at Beachwood Place a couple months ago. I think the store was The Learningsmith? Not sure if they still have any but probably worth a call. Eugene (...) (25 years ago, 25-Jul-99, to lugnet.loc.us.oh.cle)

The Super K-Mart at Southgate had two of these still on the shelf (for full price unfortunately!) which i purchased today. Does anyone know of anywhere else that might still have some of these sets?   Re: Wow, there really are people here!

(...) I'd forgotten how much I'd paid for them, I thought it was more, but I checked the boxes and sure enough, it was well under 15%. Amazon Crossing was $9.99 down from $15.99, while Outback Airstrip was $12.99, down from 19.99. I guess that puts (...) (25 years ago, 27-Jul-99, to lugnet.loc.us.oh.cle)

The KB outlet at Aurora Farms outlet had a fair amount of Lego with good prices when I was there about a month ago. I got the Fright Nights castle for around $45. Eugene (...) (25 years ago, 23-Jul-99, to lugnet.loc.us.oh.cle)

Re: Wow, there really are people here!

(...) I purchased two Amazon Crossings and two Outback Airstrips at the KB at Parmatown Mall. They were discounted only about 15% from the KB price, which put them a bit under regular retail, and since they were older sets I picked them up. I'm (...)   Wow, there really are people here!

Perhaps we should come up with something to discuss.... Any good sales around? I check a number of places quite frequently, but nothing major on sale now. KB does have some aquanauts on sale as well as the witch's windship and some diver sets.... (...) (25 years ago, 26-Jul-99, to lugnet.loc.us.oh.cle)
