| (...) Looks like it to me as well. Its kind of difficult to see, but they definetly have the NYPD colors. If so, I'm sure it was planned well before 9/11 but its interesting now how markings and decals like this mean so much more now (speaking for (...) (24 years ago, 18-Mar-02, to lugnet.loc.us.ny.ny)
