The K-Mart in Garner on 401 still has four Pod Racer buckets after I
left (taking four for myself). I wouldn't be surprised if the K-Mart on
64 just East of the Beltline also has some. The 401 K-Mart also had some
Racers and the Ogel sub.

| (...) I stopped by there this evening and picked up three Racers sets and an Alpha Team set. The new Racers are much better than the previous run. They're close to 10 cent a part, though you get a lot of wheels and the mini pullback motor. Of course (...) (23 years ago, 12-Dec-01, to lugnet.loc.us.nc)
