| (...) Didn't we have this discussion before? When I (briefly) lived in Arkansas, many of the locals believed Arkansas to be part of the Midwest. IMO, the Midwest doesn't go South of the Ohio River, and if your state considers itself to be on the (...) (27 years ago, 15-Sep-99, to lugnet.loc.us.mo)
