My wife wondered for a moment why there was a computer graphic of an
elephant on the front of the Travel section, but thought no more of it.
This morning I picked up the Travel section and wondered why there
was a computer graphic of an elephant on it. On the _Travel_ section?
And such an old-fashioned computer graphic at that. Why, you'd almost
think it was made of LEGO. Wait a minute ... look more carefully ...
and then look down below the fold to verify it. (There was no text
other than the masthead above the fold. Makes for a nicer picture,
but not the most informative approach, eh?)

Likewise, the Grand Canyon is nothing special except that there's an
awesome hole in the ground there.

| Hi, There was an aritcle in the Sunday Globe Travel section on Legoland, CA. The authors opinion was that the park is nothing special except the models are awsome. Couple of good shots of the models accompany the article. Ken (25 years ago, 30-Aug-99, to lugnet.loc.us.ma.bos)
