After a great effort by NGLTC club members and non club members our tree display for the Children's Healthcare of Atlanta's Festival of trees was put on display this week. This evening at the preview party we were presented with a surprise, our (...) I'm going to be visiting my Mom in St. Petersburg Florida for the holiday but I'm planning on starting back Friday and have been considering stopping to visit on the way, even considering driving through Atlanta or so. I visited the store last weekend. The selection is not very good. (Lego would not give Linda what she wanted to open the store with). The prices are good though. Most items are 40-50% off.   NGLTC winds up building session at Children's hopsital
 
Today the North Georgia LEGO Train club had our building session at the Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. Here we had helpers of all ages building ornaments to go on our special LEGO decorated tree for this years Atlanta Festival of Trees. The (...) Well that's even better. I know Linda (manager) had told me last week that she wanted to come help us with the Children's hospital this weekend but she couldn't since she had to set up the store. This month LEGO is opening a second outlet here in the Atlanta area at the new Discover Mills mall ((URL) opening is Nov. 2 but I (...)
