From Shady Grove? Its pretty simple, actually. Take I-270 South, to I-495
South. Follow that until you see the exit for I-95 south, and take that.
After keep an eye out for the signs that say "Potomac Mills", and take either
exit. I think they are are exits 158B and 156. get into the left lane and
watch for the sign telling you to make a left for Potomac Mills. You'll want
to head towards Ikea, and enter the Mall there. You should be able to find the
Lego Outlet pretty quickly after that. :)
