Well, *technically*, the acronym would be the BALTC...but the
Bay Area LINUX Users Group was around first, so we became BayLUG
(pronounced: BAY-lug), and so the founding members of the new
train club voted at the recent LEGO fest to follow that same
naming convention for the train club, now called BayLTC
(pronounced: Bay-EL-TEE-SEE).
[ short answer: BayLTC is really a club name, and not an acronym. ]
