Blue Tub sale at TRU - Please Help!!!

Sunday and Monday, there will be a President's Day weekend sale at Toys R Us in CA. They will have the Lego #3033 Basic Blue Tub for $14.99 plus tax. I had ordered 300 of the Blue Tubs a few weeks ago. They got into the distribution center, but then (...) (25 years ago, 15-Feb-00, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf, lugnet.org.us.baylug)

  Re: 12V Track

(...) I'm going to try and make it to the March 12th meeting. If I do, I will bring the track. I may as well bring it all - doesn't really take that much room up. I've got a bunch of switches as well, including the remote control boxes. Those are (...) (25 years ago, 15-Feb-00, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf)

  Re: 12V Track

12V track is exactly the same as 4.5V track, except that they have a conductor rail (2 studs wide, removable) that sits between the rails. For people who would be interested in 12V track, try talking to Derrick Bulkley. Has anybody heard from him (...) (25 years ago, 11-Feb-00, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf)

  Re: 12V Track

(...) dark (...) I could probably use it for my Coaster - are you coming to the march 12 meeting? Could you bring a sample or two (one curve, one straight)? Paul Sinasohn (25 years ago, 11-Feb-00, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf)

Re: Next BayLUG Meeting / First BayLTC Meeting

(...) Russell... I have some monorail stuff somewhere that I picked up when I was grabbing everything (before I figured out how to do my Coaster tracks) Maybe we can work that together? Paul Sinasohn back from the UK with a few things to show on (...) (25 years ago, 11-Feb-00, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf)

  Re: Who has Metroliner cars?

Well, then you get into the sticky part - "what are they really worth". I would HOPE that black/white/red/blue train window frames get pretty cheap in May, considering there are 7 in a $22 set, I just can't see any sane person valuing them above (...)   12V Track

I recently upgraded my train setup from 12V to 9V. So now I have a bunch of grey 12V track - straight and curved, regular and electric, as well as the dark grey ties. Are there any BayLTCers who still use 12V? I'd love to trade it for some (...) (25 years ago, 11-Feb-00, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf)

  Re: Who has Metroliner cars?

(...) Tom Stangl, Does that mean I am now inline for the swap? I think I actually have 50 or so black train windows right now. Tom McDonald, Would you rather have all one color of window? I would be glad to swap you some black ones for your yellow. (...) (25 years ago, 11-Feb-00, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf)

  Re: Who has Metroliner cars?

LOL Tom.. that's funny cuz I was going to send a message to you about going in on an order of those Soccer van windows if you get notice of when they're actually ready, but decided that I'd just get them myself just in case funds got too light for (...)
