The Redwood City Toys R Us has them. They just stocked the shelves
yesterday.

I found the 8520 Millenium Slizer, some other Technic set, and the small
catapult castle set, that's it - they obviously had more, but the TINY Lego
section is half bare, and will probably be completely empty by Friday.
Nothing at the Mt View Walmart.
DANG, I have living in the Dead Zone for Lego - all the nearest retailers
have the tiniest shelf spaces for Lego, so they are almost always out of
the good stuff.
