Actually, John Neal ("J-2") ( johnneal@uswest.net ) is the GMLTC person to
contact. He runs a tshirt screening business out of his home, and has
contacts for embroidering shirts. He could probably give you estimated
costs, timeframes, etc...
I think having 'logo'ed shirts adds a really nice touch to the layout. Even
if the shirts are not the same color, people see the logo and recognize
immediately that you're part of the group. J-2 wants to get hats, but he's
the only person in the club who wears a hat... ;-)
(And the screening process John uses is the highest quality - I have a shirt
that I've probably washed 25+ times, and it still looks great.)
He also made some 'id' cards for us to wear at LEGOLAND Carlsbad. Simple
ones, with our club name, our name, and a small picture (courtesy of my
digital camera). I think he paid $1.50 each to have them laminated at
Kinko's...
