The Lego Imagination center opened it doors to the public today, January 12th as part of the Grand opening of Downtown Disney District next to Disneyland. Keeping up with tradition, they have a yellow duplo opening day brick. (23 years ago, 13-Jan-01, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.la)

Hey Everyone, I went to Target (Greatland) in Thousand Oaks, CA (Newbury Park?) today and picked up three 8735 Technic Motor Kit (with gear-reduction motor) for US$18.75 each (normally US$39.95) on their toy clearance aisle.
