(1) Apologies for being a Land-Rover anorak. However the 90 designation came in
with the Defender that had the flat front, Series III and earlier models have
the recessed grille. Series 1 and early Series II had the lights in the grille,
as on my version. The lightweight (or airportable) was the military version and
had squarer wings and wheel arches. Some of this could be wrong :-)

Okay - I proudly present my series III ex-military Land Rover!  That
would also explain the more prominent rear lights, although I know
they're still way, way too big!

all will be revealed when I get time to do some more building, and a
