Err - Alastair, I don't see any pictures!
My browser (MS IE) loads them, it just doesn't display them. Looking at
your HTML, you set the height and width of each picture to "". I presume
this is setting the picture size to 0 x 0, which explains why I can't see them.
But, I don't understand why you enclose the entire page in <DIV> tags, and
if you're going to use "class=" attributes on your paragraphs then you have
to define the styles, or include a style sheet, to specify formatting for
these classes. I don't see one included at the top of the HTML.
