  LSMK: Opening day report
 
The LEGO Brand shop in Milton Keynes opened today, on schedule! I arrived at about 12pm, and met Jason B there. I was eager to tuck in to the loose ABS gourmet on show as soon as you enter the shop, but there was a problem -- the cups had not (...) (22 years ago, 7-Nov-02, to lugnet.loc.uk)

Yes, you did, my apologies. That's about comparable with the €5/100g at Legoland. You'd almost think they'd planned it :-) There isn't anything that I really need in the selection you describe, though, so I probably won't wander over this weekend. (...) (22 years ago, 7-Nov-02, to lugnet.loc.uk)

When I was last in the shop, the day before the last RLD, they had both, but they were thoroughly mixed on the shelf; which ever member of staff put them out either didn't realise there were two different versions, or, er, didn't care ... (...) (22 years ago, 8-Nov-02, to lugnet.loc.uk)
