Croydon really worked out well in the end. There was hardly a flood of
general public but I was happy to see a steady stream of visitors and I
think all of them went away pleased by the experience. Thanks to everyone
who contibuted to the day.
The reporter from the local newspaper sadly did not have a photographer in
tow... maybe he got lost or something. Has anyone got any digital pictures
of the day they can send to me? It'll be great publicity for the next
Croydon event if there is a big article in this week's issue.
I hope to be rushing off to Lego World convention in The Netherlands
straight after the morning session at RLD. Is anyone else is considering
making the journey? It's a simply massive con - I'm not sure I can miss it.
Craig.

| Hello, I just want to thank Craig for organising such a great fest. It was my first time displaying properly and I couldn't have done it without the help of the Stevens clan. The public were actually really nice, and I had no worries at all having (...) (22 years ago, 13-Oct-02, to lugnet.loc.uk)
