Once upon a time, (on Wed, 16 Jun 1999 07:22:28 GMT, to be precise!), Huw

A taxi from Terminal 4 to Terminal 3 costs 9 pounds, so
Windsor will be a wee bit more. However, there are frequent
bus services to Windsor town centre, and you can take a bus
from there to LLW. It's easy to find, it has LLW on the side!
(Both the WTC and the LHR ones).
There is also a TRU a mere 5 minutes drive from Heathrow, and
yes, they do have quite a few starter sets for 15.99. No
other soccer sets at all. I could have driven you from Heathrow
to TRU (I work near Terminal 4), but as you are arriving on
a weekend and not a weekday, would not be possible.
