That is correct. Modulex is produced by some "offspring" of lego.
I think is was some Kirk family member who started this....

| I notice several Modulex auctions running on ebay.co.uk of late. Several have finished, but there are a couple of new ones. High number of pieces too. One labelled 'mini lego' not Modulex, but I am assuming it is. Anyone collect Modulex? Anyone (...) (23 years ago, 7-Aug-01, to lugnet.loc.uk, lugnet.general)
