No. Lighting instructions are not included
And at first sight, there isnt any obvious place where the light would go.
If you look at http://www.wilkesworld.co.uk/lego/images/P4250746.JPG
you will see the front of the train clearly.
The light on the top isnt replacable as it sits on top of 2 slopes in the
colour of the train - though you could run a conductor plate along the top
The two lights on the front could be connected by one of those light
conducting/splitter bricks that come in some train sets.
But the lighting kit has just one light and that big chrome reflector
Therefore it seems that you would just remove the two lights at the bottom
and simply place that light and reflector in the middle.
