That is correct.

Yes, the wheels are one "brick", as well as the couplers.
Take a look at www.brickshelf.com, you should find the instructions there.

I say, the 3225 is a good buy then.

Go ahead try it. You can always use the bricks anyway, or you can sell the
train(s) off.
