Well, if we're trying to list *all* the sets that had this part, you had
better include the ever popular #360 gravel works, which had one  :-)

Phil.

#686 used two of 'em - it was a yellow tractor with two side tipping
trailers plus an excavator.

#612 just used one - simple red side tipper truck from 1974.

I have had three blue tipper things for ages
and wonder which set they are from ?
They have a 2 x 4 base rising to a 4 x 6 top and are
two bricks high. They have a single blue stick out rod
at each side which "hangs" them between two 2 high sides.
Can anyone identify them ?

(...) I have two of these blue buckets, one of which came from set 612: (URL) I remember correctly the blue bucket always fell off the truck. Where the other one came from I have no idea - unfortunately it wasn't the gravel works, as I well remember (...) (24 years ago, 15-Dec-00, to lugnet.loc.uk)

(...) Thats great....I think I must have the gravel works because I have the rubber conveyor thingy. I never knew what it was until now ! I do not have the base though :-( I have a similar base with smooth areas but not for this set. Michael Pratt (24 years ago, 16-Dec-00, to lugnet.loc.uk)
