SCOTFEST 2000
This is really just a quick note to say thank you to Ian, and family, for
organising a very good day... and providing an excellent meal. I think it
is safe to say we all enjoyed ourselves.
Other than Ian’s very impressive collection, the highlight of the day, for
me, was Jennifer’s two excellent excavators… which, I think, we all had a
little play with.
The biggest surprise of the day, for me, was the realisation that Phil T is
no where near as old as rumours had lead be to believe.

| (...) I'd like to echo that, it was a great day and made an excellent introduction to the concept of a Lego fest for someone who'd never attended such an event before. Staggering back home with carrier bags full of Lego trades and purchases made an (...) (24 years ago, 10-Dec-00, to lugnet.loc.uk)
