Primarily to buy booze!

Wondered if anyone knew of any decent Lego outlets there seeing as the
exchange rate is so favourable at the moment.

What is Toys r us like there? Same as UK I guess, but prices might work out
better.

Hi Lawrence,
TRU Calais was expensive in June this year - 8448 was 900FF and 8462 was circa
750 FF.  Average selection of small sets in Carrefour and Auchan (a few miles
away from Cite d'europe) You might be lucky and find sets on clearance, I
wasn't.

The last time I ventured into downtown Calais was during my dark ages, so I
can't remember if there are any good toy shops to be found.

Ets DYA is only about an hour away from Calais, isn't it?  Do you have time to
go there?

HTH
Mark
