| I have never had to mail the broken/damaged parts back. I just do it all by phone. When I got my dampers the originals were fine - I said I wanted spares as insurance. The fine folk at LEGO had no problem with this. Scott A (...) (24 years ago, 1-Aug-00, to lugnet.loc.uk)
