Well, at long last, Thomas Cook have their currency converter online at:

http://ww2.thomascook.co.uk/currency/index.shtml

You need to put British Pounds in the _second_ box, and your buyer's
currency in the first box, and then put guesstimates into the Amount to
Convert box... You'll get there eventually!

e.g. If you receive $100US, Yahoo says that it's worth £66.18, eBay £66.17,
whereas Thomas Cook will actually give you £61.89 (not forgetting that they
will also charge a £5 fee, making £56.89)!

...or to put it another way:

If you sell something for £50 with £10 s&h, Yahoo suggests that you want
$90.65 from your buyer, eBay $90.67 and Thomas Cook $105.03 including that
extra £5 charge...

...thought it might be of use to some of you ;-)

My $.02

http://www.oanda.com/ is a currency site full of converters. It allows you to
convert and currency into any other currency as illustrated in-http://
www.oanda.com/converter/classic?user=compub

It's a very nice site that I've been using for quite awhile now.

I just thought you'd like to know...
