Well, unless my english has left me, it reads like he is saying that these
are the only stores in the UK to stock these items. [Of course, I'd already
seen a site with pictures of the star wars sets saying that they were to be
available from S@H, which could have biased my translation] If, on the other
hand, he'd said they were exclusive to the UK, and only at stores x and y,
then yes, it would have meant UK only.
[I can see where the confusion came from, but that's because a lot of my
teachers spoke american, instead of English] <G,D,&R>
